My home had been listed on the market for 5 months when I met Jacqueline. During those previous 5 months we had received no offers and had just been released from a contingent buyers agreement. Although our home was beautiful and priced competitively, other homes were flying threw offers and escrow closes. Month 5 on the market hit. We entered into our second Contingent Buyer Agreement. The terms were strict, we had one week to be in contract and 30 days to close escrow in order to close on our new build. With no previous offers on our home, we tried to hire Jaqueline. Jacqueline blew us away with her knowledge regarding market comps in our area. She was able to tell us exactly why our home wasn’t selling and offered a competitive strategy on how we could get the home sold. There never seemed to be a moment in which she didn’t respond by call or text within hours. I could tell that real estate is her passion and she was is excellent at it.
